[Resolved] Zookr — smart watch replacement | |||
Hi, My name is ankur sharma. I have ordered a smart watch named as "phantom 4 g" from the website zookr.in on 28th november 2018 after watching their online advertisement the link of the same is attached https://drive.google.com/file/d/1aCbvMFfmG758h2aYA5dsyXssTc_DK_kn/view?usp=drivesdk. order number is ced34036-3ecf-4bdf-b68c[protected]a24 and tracking id is [protected].in the videos they have mentioned that it has rotateable dial, wireless charging and different watch faces. My order was prepaid order. When it received the watch nothing was written there that justifies that it is the same phantom watch that i have ordered. No branding was there on the box itself. Neither it has rotateable dial nor wireless charging. When i contacted on the same day when i received the watch them they didnt address my compaint on the call they told me to send my greivence on the mail itself. I always received auto generated emails from there side. No customer executivr was there to help me out. This is not the way to treat the customer. When i explained my problem they said that your watch is not cover under replacement or refund. It is under the replacement policy as i received wrong product. Photos of the watch is attached. Kindly resolve this issue. It is very disturbing as i have been contacting them constantly but they didnt treat me well. I need compensation for all the harassment that i have faced. I already drop mail for cancellation my order. There after they said that firstly you received our item and if you have any issues we will gave you full refund and replace and now I request for returned they didn't any response
Please help me to solve my problem
