Hi team,
I have ordered a smart watch from zookr.in after watching their online advertisement link of the same is attached https://drive.google.com/file/d/1aCbvMFfmG758h2aYA5dsyXssTc_DK_kn/view?usp=drivesdk and when we click on that link zookr.in website got open. The name of the smart watch is phantom 4g smart watch but when i received the product nowhere was mentioned that justifies that it is a phantom watch instead it had simple white box.in the adverstisment they claims that it has wireless charging, different watch faces, rotateable dial but nothing of that sort is present in the watch. When i contacted them they did not treat me well i stead they said your watch is not eligible for replacement. Either they should provide the same watch that i have ordered or refund the amount as soon as possible.
