Myself arijit from kolkata - ordered a bluetooth headset from zookr.com on 14th sep 2018 and got it delivered on 17th sep 2018 but it was not the appropriate product that i have ordered.

Zookr team,

I have tried calling in your support number but none received so wanted your help in exchanging the product that has been delivered to me today.
While i ordered this product, this looked like a dual bluetooth headset for listening music but on arrival i found that only one ear piece can be used at a time, so its of no use to me as i already have several one piece bt ear piece for responding to calls... Kindly help me for a return/exchange of the same if you have that kind of a product else for a refund of the payment.

I simply cant understand what's the issue with this zookr team... No response yet... An incorrect item has been delivered and then after that no response to calls or emails... Simply a fake thing... You guys can do nothing good...
Will post this is social media... And now u will actually feel the heat of cheating customers n being fraud...
I am just giving you a final chance to respond to this email or call me @ [protected] within the next 24 hours... Else i am going to publicize the entire experience.

I called in this number atleast 50 times but every time its going to voice automated system saying all the executives are currently busy to respond... This is such a fake company which is simply cheating people...
I called up on the muhharam day (22nd sep) but then ehy cleverly changed the voice system stating - "because of muhharam today is a holiday we will get back to you on the next working day"

I am simply puzzled and don't want this product at all, its quite useless to me. Can this forum kindly help folks like me who are being cheated time and again by this fake company called zookr
