I ordered a refurbished i phone on 12 jan from online shopping website zookr.com, the phone was delivered and costed me 15466 inr, but phone didn't work and they asked me to return, i courier them back and they recieved it. The refund has not come yet, neither their phone get connected. It's 27 feb and no solution i see.
