[Resolved]  Zookr.com — wrong product sent to me

I had ordered to purchased Geeoni m5 mobile set from Zookr.com on line. I had paid money through my Debit card.The docket no.of this order is [protected]. I had received that product on[protected]. I had opened this and found a wrong and used another mobile set modle geionee p3. I have made video and images of that wrong product while opening it. It seems zookr had done fraud with me .
I do complaint to zookr.com on their mail as ([protected]@zookr.in & garima.[protected]@gmail.com) after that they asked me to share the video and images of that wrong product. I have given them all the proof of that wrong product .I continuously doing request them from last 4 days and at last they denied to replace my phone. I again did request to return my mony or send a correct mobile phone as Geionee m5 that actually ordered, but they every time every day didn't receive my calls and disconnected many times.
Inspite my all effort at last I am helpless and, I do complaint in your platform, and I hope you will definitely give me a justice.

I had opened this and found a wrong and used another mobile set modle geionee p3. I have made video and images of that wrong product while opening it. It seems zookr had done froud with me . I do complaint to zookr.com on their mail and help line no. as 01243864638 and Email as [email protected] & [email protected], after that they asked me to share the video and images of that wrong product. I have given them all the proof of that wrong product .I continuously doing request them from last 4 days and at last they denied to replace my phone. I again did request to return my mony or send a correct mobile phone as Geionee m5 that actually ordered, but they every time every day didn't receive my calls and disconnected many times.
