I ordered a refurbished i phone on 12 jan from online shopping website zookr.com, the phone was delivered and costed me 15466 inr, but phone didn't work and they asked me to return, i courier them back and they recieved it. The refund has not come yet, neither their phone get connected. It's 27 feb and no solution i see. My order was placed from email id [protected]@yahoo.com and mobile number [protected] it can be tracked...

I ordered 4g phnatom smart watch on 15/12/18 but they didnt deliverd the same watch which i ordered so i sent a mail regarding that, they considered my mail and sent me another watch but it was also same infact i send them the pic of my ordered watch and pic of that watch which they delivered to me... But now they are deniying to refund my money and they will nt replace my watch also...

I purchased wireless bluetooth headsets from www.zookr.com and paid in full online (Prepaid). On the day of receiving the product I found the product was not genuine, was in extreme used condition and without any proper bill/ warranty card (as the product shows 1 year warranty on the site). I email/ contacted the online shopping site on the same day i received the product but they ignored almost all my emails and didn't gave any genuine and...

This company has delivered faulted and used goods and on the same day i logded a return request but they are not paying any attention and has cheated me. They asked me for the pics of the order and details and all but after providing all information they say we can't refund or exchange your goods.
As per their shopping site return policy rules, we can return the goods within the period of 7 days if damaged or not original but even...

I had ordered to purchased Geeoni m5 mobile set from Zookr.com on line. I had paid money through my Debit card.The docket no.of this order is [protected]. I had received that product on[protected]. I had opened this and found a wrong and used another mobile set modle geionee p3. I have made video and images of that wrong product while opening it. It seems zookr had done fraud with me .
