Zookr delivered wrong defective product to me on 5.11.18. I have ordered joombox on 30.10.18.
I have paid rs 1599 through online mode.
After opened parcel found wrond defective sound joombox. I have complaint to zookr customer care several times. But no response. Now they told me to send parcel with my own expences. Courier asking rs 400 for parcel return to xooke delhi.

They are showing a different product and they are delivering a fake, cheap plastic one.
I have got it replaced twice and still they are sending me the same cheapy plastic one.
I need a refund.
