I seen add in olx details of watch is vapor kw77 smart watch with camera & i ordered a watch online by zookr via olx site and paid payment via paytm but i received wrong product zookr is sponsoured of olx and paytm they also should know about their cheating with customers, when i tried to call on their customer number there was no response at all than i tried to mail the company about fraud but there was no response by company, i warn company that i tried mail twice but no responce if they will not exchange my product with genuine product but there was no reply at all
So, please i am request you to please help me to get a genuine product as a consumer its my request to you please help me to get genuine or help to get my money back
