Zookr — fake product sent

We received our order on 21st of March that we placed via ID: No [protected] on[protected] through the website zookr.in.
We received a fake product.no user manual, no receipt.we ordered Nokia 3310 and they people have sent duplicate charger, ordinary battery and ordinary cheap quality fake phone.check the attached picture.Please help me get the refund.as per their policy we have raised a complaint within 24 hours to their email address as well.please see the email chain attached and also pictures.They charged 1699 for a fake dummy phone.
