Hi team,
Recently i ordered mi band 3 from zookr with my registered number [protected]. I received delivery on saturday i. E. 15th september
In the website it shows the product as a mii band 3 but the actual product i received is some chinese company i. E m2 my device my life.
The actual features mentioned in the website defers to the feature in the box.
This is not agreeable as this is misrepresentation of the product & forge the rules of consumer.
While unboxing it all the accessories mentioned were there but while charging the fitness tracker it failed to charge. The usb port or charger is loose & cannot be charged.
Could you please look into the issue on urgent basis. As a consumer i am not satisfy with the product so please ensure you send me the correct product i. E mi band 3.
Kindly look at the pictures which i have clicked & take my words into consideration.
Feel free to contact me & speed up the exchange product on priority basis.
