This my complaint I placed blackberry q10 refurbished but they send a Samsung mobile which is not working and on the same day I put a complaint regarding the product.after one week I received a mail please send unboxing Video unfortunately I never take any video .then they refuse to take complaint. I lost nearly ₹5000/-. The customers executives are not reachable all the time I awaited till now but there is no response.
