Zookr.in — delivered old, damaged and rusty handset

I had made an online order from zookr, a nokia 5233.

It was delivered on 6 may, 2018.

The product delivered turned out to be a damaged one. The screen frame had come out, the inside of phone was rusty. The sides of phone were loose.

The pre-paid payment was made through net-banking on 1 may itself.

Today i called the customer care numerous times. There was no response. The call was kept in hold and then just cut off every time.
The customer care no. Given in zookr.in is [protected]. There is one more number that i received in my mobile from zookr.in, [protected]. When i call in this no. It says this number does not exist. I found another mobile no. To contact zookr.in in the same website itself,[protected], [protected], [protected].in these numbers as soon as the ring goes, the call is cut
.
Till now i could not reach zookr.in customer care.

I also sent an email to the customer care (Help at zookr.in), till now i did not receive any response.

I have ordered MI power bank of 20800 MaH, but i have received vivo power bank instead and more over it is defected as it can not be charged. In addition, customer care is not responsive kind of; as they are asking for debit card num and pin num.
