Dear sir, Maine zookr.in se online product name it-2655 digiplus 4.1 channel bluetooth multimedia speakers with remote product online purchase kiya hai. Magar product damage huw hai. Jab main company ko 9 email bheja hai, bhirbhi company ka koi reply nahi hai. Customer care ko call karne ke bad koi reply nahi hai. Payment idbi bank debit card se kiya hai. I purchased a Mi 2 band from zookr website and they delivered duplicate product to i also tried to reach them by email & phone but no revert from them, i asked them to give me real product (replacement) but no revert from them at all. So finally thought to register a compliant here. Please help me to resolve this request.
