Zookr.in — refund of amount rs. 23999/-

I purchased a mobile phone from the company zookr.in online on 20th oct 2018 on prepaid amount of 23999 through sbi netbanking. But company didn't supplied as i did not accept the delivery. Now the company is not interested to refund as making reason that your sbi bank has refused the refund. While as i paid the through sbinet banking. What are reason for sbi bank refused the my refund please help. Regards
