Zookr — mobiles purchased by zookr they have given false information

I have bought 3 mobile combos by zookr. One of his executive her name was rajni. She told that all mobile warranty with one year. But once i have bought that product there was no warranty against that mobile. When i want refund my amount they told that we can not give all amount which has given by me. I want make a complaint against zookr. Please do it something. They have provided fake information.
