I got different product from which i ordered.
Received a fake product, which is not worth to that money.
I need a refund to my product.
Also i emailed zookr help center, but they revert with the email stating that the product is same, the query is closed.
Attached 2 pictures, one which i ordered and the other which i received.
What should i do with this product which is not working. Where as i paid rs 1699/-
