When i was ordered from your website this product it was showing expected delivery on 10 oct 2018. Its already over and so, where is my delivery?

Moreover, why zookr.in put customer care:[protected] in your if it's not helpful, i have tried so many times to contact using provided no but it was never responded only busy. Further, you have never contacted me why delivery is being so late.
So, please note this and kindly do needful.
