From november, december, january, february onwards i am waiting for refund.

Still the no refund comes in account.
When received this items and check but the mobile phone is not working and the power bank is another one and the mobile charger is also not same company.
When the zookr taken they said wait for replaced but nothing happened, at last three months before the items is cancelled.
After cancelled they refused the refunds. Last months also i go to bank they said no amount came from zookr.
So kindly refund the above orders.
