Zookr — vapor kw77 smartwatch

My name is amit sardana, i ordered vapor kw77 smartwatch at site zookr.in on 09/10/2018.

I received the courier on 15/10/2018 and post opening the parcel i found that the watch is totally different from watch which i ordered. It has totally different feature of watch which i saw on site. No company name written on this watch as this is fake desi watch.

I raised the issue with zookr customer care on 18/10/18. On sending a reminder mail in 19th & 22nd oct'18, i got a revert from zookr stating the request has been received and they will provide a proper resolution to the issue asap i also shared the pictures of watch which they shown on site and which i have received.

Zookr has refused to admit that the product which they have sent is different from the product which is shown on website.

Now on checking the reviews about this site, i found that lot of customers have faced the same issue with this company zookr.in.

Please look into this matter & take appropriate action against this company.

Also please suugest me also the steps which i should follow to getmy amount refund.
