I ordered this watch and received a bad product which i did not like. I called the customer service[protected], which is provided on their website zookr.in. Since 1 week i got connected to this number only once.

Nevertheless, i requested for a return of this product. The customer support told me to write an email for this return. I did so but no reply from their end.

I kept on calling the above customer service since 1 week but every time it says busy.

Excuse me if zookr is not able to handle customers and not able to look into their concerns then please stop this fraud company zookr. I am highly disappointed with their service.

I dont recommend zookr to anyone. Its a fraud

I want zookr to return this product and repay my money.
