Zookr — wrong and cheap product delivered

I had ordered a smart watch on zookr: vapor kw77 smart watch with camera round dial. The product does not work. Secondly the product is damaged.

The dial does not rotate as shown in the video. Totally fake looking product.

Please help. This is my first purchase in zookr and i'm disappointed in this useless thing.

How to get the refund, they have blocked me on facebook to comment and on their helpline to connect them.

I have ordered a watch KW 77 Watch and received some wrong and fake model.
I tried calling the customer support but no one receives the call [protected].
My track id is[protected] on this basis they promise to replace if product is of wrong model.

Got the same low brand, cheap product instead of Vapor KW77, what they have shown in picture.
And even return is not visible on website. Kindly guide or help me
