I have ordered a Mi Power Bank of 20000 mah, but they have delivered me a Samsung Power Bank of same mah. Moreover, this is a defective piece as I am unable to charge any of my phones. This was delivered by Delhivery DG. I am trying to contact the customer care number given on Zookr but its not gettng connected. I have paid 550rs for this, and I don't know whom to contact for proper solution...

Powerbank provided is different from as shown online.powerbank delivered is of vivo company while was shown MI online.the powerbank received is not keeping charge and is not even charging 1000 mah battery even though it is 20000 mah powerbank.

Mobile phone provided is different from as shown online mobile phone delivered is of china company while was shown online.the mobile received is not keeping not work and is not even work and swicht Nokia N73 not be orignal showing online
