Zookr — wrong product delivered. fake

I ordered phantom smart watch online from zookr. The pic which was shown was not delivered and some local watch they have sent. I have the video as a proo[censored]nboxing the parcel. Without knowing that they are telling we delivered the product shown in the pic.

Please consider this as very serious fraud issue.

I have attached the pic shown while ordering and the pic which i received.
