I have ordered "vapor kw77 smart watch with camera (Round dial)" through the in app promotion which took me to zookr website. The product shown on the website is different than what has been provided. Screenshot of the website showing product details is attached. Also the photographs of the product received are attached.
The product received is of cheap quality with no company name or any identity. The dial also does not rotate like the one shown on website.
I have written email to their customer support id ([protected]@zookr.in) but no response even after sending several reminders. Their customer support number[protected] is never responded and after waiting for some time it gets disconnected automatically.
I think this company is a big fraud and strict action should be taken against them for cheating customers.
