I've recently ordered phantom 4g smartwatch from zookr.in website. I've received the other model (V8) instead of what i've ordered. When i check with zookr customer care, they asked to revert back with images and video of the product which i received through email. I've attached the images of what they've shown in website and what i've received.
They replied they delivered the product which they've shown in website and there is no refund or returns applicable as per their policies.
But as per their policy mentioned in the below link, if the wrong model receives, they can provide refund.
