Zookr — zookr sent different model and defective watch

I have placed ordered for phantom 4g smartwatch with hd camera (Round dial) from zookr.in.

But they sent defective, damaged and different model watch which is dead not working at all, when i had contacted them on helpline they said it's not different model watch and refused to listen to the customer. Zookr is showing totally different model watch design and sending different and defective watch. They refused to refund against damaged and defective watch.

I have attached zookr website watch link, and damaged, diffrent watch pics which sent to me.

Kindly help to resolve this issue and help getting refund asap.
