[Resolved] Zoom Car — 3 trips, security deposit refund not processed since 3 weeks | |||
I have been continuously following up on the issue, all i hear from zoom customer service is that, there is a glitch in their system, which is causing the delay for refund. I see many others are waiting for their refund for more than a month. Main question i have for zoomcar is, if there was a glitch in receiving the payment for booking they would be fixing it in no time, because that would clear loss to them. Now the issue is for customer to get their money back, which zoomcar thinks that customer can wait for months, how fair is this? What is the plan zomcar is having, another big scam? I need help here, i feel like this is being done intentionally, it's not any system problem. Zoomcar must return my refund of 12, 700 rs. This is not small amout. Was this information helpful? | |||

True friend.. I also have the same issue.. Not yet received the refund since 26th April... Just now submitted a complaint.. Let's see...
