[Resolved]  Zoom Car — about broken clock

I was book yesterday pedal cycle. But broken of lock liver i can't lock it and due to this i am not able to end trip pleases solve this problem as soon as possible. Thatswhy money currently deduct in my account my pedal cycle number is 103175
I am suffering from yesterday to till
I requested to you please solve my problem.
If you not solve my problem i go in consumer court for compliment against your for mentally harassment me Becous i am suffering yesterday midnight 1 am

I booked zoom car on July 1 2018 from 8:30am-12:30 pm and payed rs580/- and kept car back in place on time. But now I receive a message that I have to pay 3300/- extra as some outstanding amount I don't understand this!! Can u please give an explanation! This completely unfair. We as consumer have some rigthts u can't simply take money from us!
