I booked zoom car on July 1 2018 from 8:30am-12:30 pm and payed rs580/- and kept car back in place on time. But now I receive a message that I have to pay 3300/- extra as some outstanding amount I don't understand this!! Can u please give an explanation! This completely unfair. We as consumer have some rigthts u can't simply take money from us!
