Zoom Car — asking for wrong claim | |||
Hi, I am a zoomcar member since past 3 years and even a platinum customer (They don't ask for security deposit) and was very impressed by zoomcar and its service before the below incident took place. I had made a booking in june (Bookind id: jps6t1idg) where during submitting the car, the local dealer raised false complaint of the scratches in car which were there before the booking as well. At that time my phone was dead so i was unable to show him photos, so he asked me to send him once i reach home. I did the same and he said that he would forward the same to legal department and complaint would be settled. But after 4 months again i am again receiving the mail regarding same issue to settle up the balance and now that i have cleared the data from my phone, i have no idea how to deal with this. Is this some kind of strategy of zoomcar against their customer as they are neither providing with any executive's number to speak to and above that they are threatening me of filing with civil and criminal case against me Was this information helpful? | |||
