[Resolved] Zoom Car — bad experience | |||
I have used zoom car service for.2 times. First time was in Hyderbad. Service was very smooth. Car came on time and they took the car without any hurdles. But 2 nd time i used in chennai, the service was a bit trouble facing for me. Car came half hr late since there was no car in the hub. Means there was some shortage of cars in the hub. They told me to call customer n raise the issue. Raised it. And i have completed my travel and parked the car in the basement. Car condition was too bad, dont know for how many days or.months the car was not cleaned. It was soo untidy from inside. Gear was very tight. After 8 pm, they r callin from offic and told me to deliver the car in their offic. I told i ll not do it since i hve paid 300 fot door delivery. After so many calls n issues, a guy came now at 12.32 AM and took the car. Pathetic thing is, as soon as i gave the car key by saying thank you, he din even see my face and got into car n went off just like that. I was keepin the car safely in the parking and he din even bother about it. What kind of treatment is this towards a customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
