[Resolved] Zoom Car — bad service | |||||
Worst experience.. We booked nearby zoomcar but had to travel a lot for getting near pickup point... The place was like jungle, no range, application also not working... Heavy traffic.. Delay to park the car as no instruction given where to park the car... Now telling to pay 7000 rs fine and has sent legal notice also...1000rs fine is okay for a compromise.. But 7000 is too much that too not our fault.. Completely zoomcar fault... Was this information helpful? | |||||
