[Resolved] Zoom Car — been charged money even though I've been subscribed to the 1 month plan. | |
I have subscribed to PEDL cycles one month plan and I've 1hour of free time per day without getting charged. I took a cycle around 8.48pm and stopped at 9.04pm and yet Ive been charged 6rs. I still have some 40+ mins of free time for the day. There's no feedback or customer Care number linked to pedl cycles. Cycle no 3211548. It doesn't make sense why I've been charged even though I've taken the monthly plan. I've noticed even others have been charged like this. Kindly do look into it and refund my money back. I know it's not a huge amount but it's not fair to deduct people's money unnecessarily. Please resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |
