[Resolved] Zoom Car — booking cancelled and no refund | |
My booking was cancelled for 12 feb 2019. When contacted customer care they said that someone else booked a fractions of seconds ago and therefore booking could not be done. They said the amount will be refunded within 24 hours but this clearly did not happen. Amount to be refunded and pending -3910. Zoom car booked in chennai. Very poor mechanism.
