[Resolved] Zoom Car — booking delayed and no confirmation | |||
I have booked zoom car on 24th feb 2017, for 12:00 pm. I didn't receive any message till 12:00 pm. I reached the booking point at 11:35 am and the point of contact says car cancelled and didn't provide any reason. He asked me to call customer care and said he can't contact customer care. We finally contacted customer care immediately and they said wait wait wait concerned team will call and as usual they didn't responded to anything. Note that i had already paid the money and did prior booking. They didn't cancel my booking anf called either. This is the second time i have faced issue in emergency situations.
