I cancelled the aforementioned booking on 08th april, 2020 due to lockdown.
However i have not received my refund of rs 8312 till now.
Everytime i call them, they are telling me numerous reasons like:
1. We have an issue with the payment gateway due to lockdown.
2. We have issued the refund. It will be processed in next 5-15 working days. But alas no refund till now.
3. Please wait for two three weeks for the refund. It has already been more than 2 months.
These people should at least tell the clear picture.
Being a middle class person 8, 312 inr means something to me and it effects my financial stability in some way.
Please refund the amount immediately.
