[Resolved] Zoom Car — breakdown in the mid way and no refund | |||||
Booking id : jps62ip6a Our car broke down in middle of the highway on the way back to bangalore. We called the zoom car assistant for the help, but even after the 4 hours of verbal discussion between the customer care personal, insurance company and us, we received no solution but only one assurance that we will get the refund because we had around 400 km left to complete our trip. Zoomcar customer care didn't give any assistant on how we will reach back to bangalore and we managed it by ourself. We went to coimbatore in toeing car and then after we took bus back to bangalore, which costs us another 7000 rs, which zoomcar personal promised to refunded. Now instead of working on case of my refund, zoomcar is sending the legal notice to me for not paying the 10, 000 rs for the breakdown. That breakdown is not our fault, zoom car didn't do the maintenance check before handing over the car to us. The clutch over driven damage which was mentioned in the mail cannot happen because of the driving, it can only happen because lack of maintenance. I have taken the video and pictures of the car when it got breakdown, which totally shows that no physical damage happened to the car. All fuss happened because of engine's internal issue, which was supposed to be checked by zoom car before handing over the car. I only request you to check the case again, and settle down my refund which was promised. And no mail id provided for documenting the communication. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have paid the 23 K for the 1100 KM, as Now car got breakdown at 800 KM, what about other 400 KM charges.
and what to do mean by "damage was caused during your reservation", obviously all this happen in during my reservation that's why i am writing to you.
And your team reached us but didn't have proper explanation of damage and settlement.
Please share the email ID for raising the Complaint ticket.
Need to document every communication for the legal proceeding .
