[Resolved] Zoom Car — cancellation fee | |||
I had to book a car on 17th feb and there was a swift available very near to my location. I booked it. Payed the complete amount of ₹3, 889. But after booking the pick up location shown was very far my location. I was surprised and i cancelled the booking. Zoomcar charged me 500 for that. I didnt wanna cancel the booking. I did only because of the false location of the available car before and after booking. I need my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
Mar 2, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I had already exchanged multiple emails with customer support team for a week but haven't got any solutions. Once I filed my complaint here all they asked was for the booking ID and they refunded the full amount and sent an acknowledgement.
