Actually i hv booked a Mercedes CLA & Mercedes GLA for brother's marriage on 17th Nov & they hv confirmed everything & i hv paid them in advance bt at the time of pickup when i hv reached on pickup location then they said both cars are not available & didn't give any satisfactory solution & they cancelled my booking themselve. I want concession from them otherwise they should banned their service Plz let me know if any action is taking against them.. Unfortunately, as the vehicle was not available, we were unable to serve the booking. We have very few inventory in our luxury vehicle fleet. Hence, we were unable to arrange for an alternate. We understand that you were unhappy with the downgrade of the booking. We regret that the booking was cancelled and we were unable to serve you. As a token of apology, we have added 500 driving credits to your Zoomcar account, which you can utilise for your future booking.
