Zoom Car — car e2o plus (electric) dl1na3104 not available from last 4 months due to documents renewal

I have taken a 36 months subscription from zap zoomcar for e2o plus (Electric) dl1na3104 starting on 14 feb 2020.
Apart from the ac problem the documents of the vehicle and insurance were expired in may.
I get a email on 27th may on reply to my compliment and i was told that the vehicle is under downtime till 31st may. But there it was not mentioned from when it is in downtime.
On 22nd june i got another mail stating that the vehicle is under downtime till 31st june.
In july the zap executive took the car from my house and i haven’t received it till today.
When i asked zap zoomcar through email regarding the vehicle availability they told me that the vehicle is blocked for documentation and there is no replacement vehicle and i should wait and they will provide me with the vehicle soon.
After waiting i asked them again as it’s very difficult to commute with the vehicle. I asked them if they cannot provide me the vehicle then why don’t they cancel my subscription and refund me my security.
After this request i get a call from some zap executive that i need to pay some penalty for the subscription cancellation as i am cancelling the subscription by my own.
Under the downtime period they charged me with subscription fees for may when my car was in downtime.
They are not able to provide me with the vehicle i subscribed for and they are forcing me to remain in the contact for 3 years without any clear answer as when will they provide me with a vehicle. I am stuck and have no vehicle to carry on my daily work to make a earning for my family.
I can’t make some other arrangements and i am stuck with zap. If they cancelled the subscription from their side on their inability to provide me with the vehicle.
