[Resolved] Zoom Car — Car unavailablity at the pickup location | |||||
It is highly unprofessional of the company to do such things. I booked a swift for 28th august and when i reached there to pick up my car, they tell me that it's not available. The booking was made on 26th august. No prior communication or message. Even the app stopped working and we were left with no option. The person at the location was least bothered about our problems and asked us to contact customer service. He stood at a side surfing internet on his phone and watching videos. It's not even fair to us. They have caused us so much inconvenience. Even after all this, we incurred a loss of rs. 10, 000. Was this information helpful? | |||||

In case of a cancellation, we do call the customers in prior and inform them regarding the unavailability of the vehicle. It is distressing when your plans gets cancelled, due to such unforeseen situations. Request you to share us your booking details, we have the issue checked on priority and we will surely act on it.
