[Resolved] Zoom Car — Car was not delivered and registration on account removed without intimation | |||||
I had booked for a trip for 16 Nov 2016 @ 10 PM delivery at home address. License for self & Co-driver was verified successfully and confirmation received on 11 Nov 2016. Even on 16 Nov 10 AM had received a confirmation to fill the checklist at the start of booking. Received a call from a driver to confirm delivery @21.13 Hrs and confirmed to callback in next 10 mins. but having not received any call had to callback @ 2229 Hrs and was informed to check with customer care for further details. While tried to reach customer care the registered mobile number was reported to be invalid and requested for fresh registration. A total sum of INR 4, 140/- wad paid in total at the time of booking and darshan was pre booked at Tirupathi for 17 Nov 2016 for 7 members under INR 300/ darshan. The entire schedule was spoiled and we ended up sitting back home. This is a complete distress among the family and friends which was a long awaited trip. Was this information helpful? | |||||
