[Resolved]  Zoom Car — [case:1037201] (query related to billing and charges -> damage fee related)

I had taken a car also mention my case number in subject

1 they had hand over the car with dent luckly i took a video in morning while taking handover
2 while filling the form the executive told me just click ok as this are pre dents and known so i did so.
3 in evening i had had over the car to the pickup guy with the condition i received
4. Not in hr or so after more than 12 hrs i get a notification that there is a due of 2500 ad damage charges. I had return the car at 6 and i get a notification in morning 7.30. This is like duping the people
5 so i raised the quarry against the same.
Had attache the video of vehicle which had been shoot in morning 9.15 am 18th oct where the delivery guy (Md amanullah ansari ([protected]) is present in the car
6 also they had asked me to share the properties screen shot of video which had share the same with them (Zoom car)
7. My question is this why they dont ask the service provider to get the details when the have taken the hand over of the car, what image i received from zoom car is of morning 7.14 am 19th oct had also attached the same where if i had handover the same at 6 pm 18th oct. What if that had that is secondary that i have a video of 9.15 am where the scratches are visible in 30th second of video, if had didnt had that video then those people had charged me.

I m thinking these people and the agency are fooling people just by calming unnecessary charges as they wish.

We are sorry to know that there is a discrepancy in the charges. We did revalidate the charges and the video shared and found that the charges levied on the booking is invalid. We have made the necessary changes to the booking and reversed the charges.
