[Resolved] Zoom Car — charged for no reason | |
My booking id jps6fe8t9 I had selected for pick up of vehicle from my given adress on 9march 11:00pm I received a call from zoomcar executive confirming my address around 10:00pm Then i waited till 11:30but no one showed up or dnt receive any call from zoom car regarding the pick up of vehicle and i called them regarding the delayed made by the zoomcar executive They told it will take an hour or more for the driver to reach my address or he will pick the car in the morning so i told them i will keep the keys in the car n u can lock from company's side and end my trip he confirmed by asking sir should i end the trip from your side n lock the car Then next morning i got a msg that i have due of 5348 i called customer care to resolve it i explained them n then they told they will cancel my due But now again am getting a mail after a month that legal steps will be taken if i dnt pay If the problem is not resolved thn i have all the prove to take lagal steps as well Was this information helpful? | |
