[Resolved] Zoom Car — charging extra payment on bicycle ride

Whenever using zoomcar pedl services I am being charged extra amounts everytime by zoomcar pedl app. Not able to trip end everytime i am riding and later they(zoomcar pedl) are ending trip themselves and charging me extra money. Today I rides for 8 mins and actual amount should be 3 to be paid but app did not allow me to end trip and later they ended themselves and charged me 42 ruppes. The main problem is there are no customer support provided by zoomcar for pedle/bicycle services. I am very much frustrated cause of this kind of frauds by zoomcar peddle services. Please help!

We request you to follow the below steps and raise your concern, for us to look into the issue.

- Click on the hamburger menu in the app (three dots on the top left-hand side)
- Select “My Trips”
- Select “PEDL”
- Select the trip where issue needs to be reported
- Follow on-screen instructions

Updated by Nikhil Amitabh What follow on screen instructions? There is nothing coming to report you or the Inc except the predefined note for a problem or two you defined. attaching the screens. Don't fraud. Refund my money asap. Or I will file against you.

Updated by Nikhil Amitabh Hi Consumer Complaints Team, please help. These zoomcar/peddle services people are wasting our time & stealing our money in different way. Even they are telling lies here to report to them through app onscreen. Where actually nothing menu to report them in peddle section except reading their fraudful notes for a problem or two they defined as common answer to every customer.
