[Resolved] Zoom Car — Complaining regarding my refunds from zoom car

I need to file a complaint against zoom car india pvt ltd, a rental car company based in bangalore.
I have cancelled my few car bookings and even after 65 days the refund amount is not yet credited. I followed up many times to zoom car but nothing has come out.
I am attaching booking details for each booking for your easy reference.
There are total 7 refunds around inr 7.0 lacs are awaited from the company and even after continuous follow up it has not been refunded back.
Now i have doubts about the company's intentions, currently i am working in dubai and seeking your needful action in this regard.
Request you please help me, now it becomes a mental harassment to me.
Awaiting a positive response from your side.

Zoomcar Customer Care's response Hello User,

Greetings,

We understand your concern here with regard to the refund. Upon checking, you have raise the charge-back request for the transaction which you had made and the charge-back has been closed under the customer favor. Kindly have a check with your respective bank for the refund.

If any refund pending form our end, we shall have a check and process it at the earliest
