[Resolved] Zoom Car — complaint about blocked zoomcar account | |||||
When i tried to book a zoomcar i got the message that your account has been blocked. I reported that to zoomcar customer executive, he replied that you have multiple active accounts that's why your account has been blocked. Another account with my friend's email id. I replied them again that i do have multiple accounts and the account you claiming to be mine is not mine, it's my friend's account. But i didn't get any satisfactory reply. I tried to contact them more than four times. But i still having the same problem. I have attached there reply. Was this information helpful? | |||||

My zoom car àccount is blocked I don't know the reason y u blocked, I have done more booking, and I have referred 6. Members and I have more credit points, I request u to unblock my account please
