Zoom Car — complaint about refundable deposit not credited to my bank account

I have booked a mahindra scorpio on 26th june 2019 with a refundable deposit of 2999/-. With coupon code:luv50. After the completion of my booking refundable deposit should be credited by 14th of july 2019. I called the zoom car customer care multiple times but their is no response from them. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. My zoomcar booking id - jps6n056n. Thank you.

We did have a check and see that the refund has been successfully settled in the account through which you have made the payment of the booking. Here's the transaction number for your reference[protected].

Please check with the respective account, if the refund is not credited. Kindly share the bank statments from 31st May till date through the contact us page for us to validate on the refund.

The account through which I have made the payment is my personal debit card but I didn't get any of my refundable deposit in the account. I have shared my bank statement details from 31st May to till date to the concerned ([protected]@zoomcar.com)
