Zoom Car — Completed Booking Pending Refund Amount | |
Hi made a booking which gor cancelled and again i made a booking having same duration and all. 13th of June it was completed and with all the formalities i submitted back the rented vehicle. Instantly after that i received a mail from Zoomcar about the calculated refund amount but till date even after following up with the team, no one has l reverted back to me and no update is received wether the amount is initiated or not. As per their policy it says max 7 days to settle the amount but seems like they are also not happy with their policy as it is obviously took time more than that.
