Hi sir/madam, My name is arnold infant, I have booked zoom car and in this car it has been a scratch in car, for that they have charged me 4, 000, i called customer care support regrading this and for past one week i am dealing with problem, noone is helping me, today i wanted to talk to floor manager the call got transferred to syed sultan, he is floor manager from the beginning he was not polite, you can check the audio, im trying the explain the problem, but he is not ready to help me. From the beginning he started to talk very impolite and rude repeatedely saying wont wont reverse,, he dint listen what im trying to say, i want a solution for this problem,, Was this information helpful? | |||
