[Resolved] Zoom Car — cycle not unlocked but trip ongoing

On 28dec'2017, i initiated a trip request (Pedl) on bicycle no. 101395 at aundh pune. However, trip got started but the bicycle didn't unlock. Irony is i couldn't even end the trip even after 3hours. Every time i try to end the trip, i'm getting a time out error. I was already charged rs.6/- eventhough i haven't used the bicycle for a single minue. Please address the issue and refund my amount
